At Sri Mandir, through our yoga classes, we try to give everyone willing to learn this art all the benefits that a regular engagement with yoga brings along. You can join us and begin a journey towards a better and healthier version of yourself.

Due to the current covid situation that has obstructed the normal flow of life, we have put our yoga classes on hold. But we will be resuming shortly as per the government guidelines.
